With a track record spanning the successful placement of Sales professionals, Traders, Quants, and Structurers for leading global financial institutions, Alexandre has a rare technical understanding of the environments in which his candidates operate. His earlier career includes hands-on experience in interest rate swaps trading at HSBC Frankfurt, followed by a role as a Senior Auditor on the trading floor at Arthur Andersen in Paris.

Before joining W Executive, Alexandre spent two decades with an executive search firm, where he oversaw teams across Geneva, Zurich, and London while advising an international client base throughout Switzerland, Europe, the UK, and the Middle East.
