Anicet Tanghe

Anicet Tanghe is a Partner at W Executive, specialising in the wealth and asset management sectors. He has a proven track record in delivering retained and contingency mandates for family office clients across Europe and the Middle East.

Anicet began his career as a strategy consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dubai before moving to Geneva in 2009 to join an international recruitment firm. There, he played a pivotal role in establishing the firm's Global Family Office practice. Before joining W Executive, Anicet founded and led a boutique Executive Search and Human Capital advisory firm.

He leverages deep technical expertise across asset and wealth management, alternative investments, and financial services, combined with a unique network of senior executives within family offices, private equity funds, banks, and financial institutions. A native French speaker and fluent in English, Anicet holds a degree in human sciences, a master's in European business, and is a certified Family Business Advisor (STEP) and a member of the CFA Society.
